It’s official! Announced at Summer Game Fest 2025, Resident Evil: Requiem, the ninth mainline game in the Resident Evil franchise, hits shelves on February 27, 2026 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. I’ve been a huge fan of the RE universe since Resident Evil 4 dropped for the GameCube (I had an advertisement for the game ripped out of a Game Informer scotch-taped to my bedroom wall).
